I use some of the highest quality paints to refinish my pieces.  However, that does not mean they are infallible.  All painted furniture must be maintained with care in order to prolong the life of the finish for years to come.    

Your painted furniture should only be cleaned when necessary, but may be dusted regularly with a soft microfiber cloth.  If necessary, painted pieces can be wiped with a damp soft cloth.  

Do not use any chemical cleaners or furniture polish on your painted furniture.  This will quickly wear down the finish.    

Avoid exposing your painted furniture to extreme variances of temperatures and always use coasters with your drinks.  Furniture should not be placed close to a window or any area that gets direct sunlight as it will fade the finish over time.
