Hello and thanks for stopping by!  I'm Amber.  I am a proud Army wife to my other half, Dustin.  We have been married 11 years!  I don't think he knew being married to me meant he was signing up to be the best "furniture picker upper", mover and delivery guy!  HAHA!  Together, we have two beautiful and healthy little kids - Hudson (7) and Avery (4).  They are full of energy and keep me on my toes.  We also have 2 dogs named Baby Cakes and Gunner who are a part of our fun, crazy life!

My journey of refinishing furniture started about fifteen years ago.  Then, I was only refinishing part time.  I left my career in 2019 to stay at home with my two children and refinish furniture full time and then Second Chances by Amber, LLC was born!  I have been refinishing furniture full-time ever since.

Creating fresh, new pieces for others to enjoy is my passion and I cannot wait to create a beautiful piece for your home that you can enjoy for many years to come!
